End-of-life Services
The Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center is here to support residents of Franklin County through all stages of your dog's life and provides post surrender end-of-life services at a reduced cost for dogs due to untreatable injury or illness, poor quality of life, advanced age, or due to unsafe temperament.
Our compassionate team understands that the needs and beliefs of each family are unique, and that assessing your dog's quality of life and preparing for end-of-life services is likely one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make. Our staff is here to support you through the decision making process and encourage owners to visit How Do I When it's Time?
