Youth Safety and Responsibility
Each year Franklin County Deputy Wardens visit thousands of school children, youth groups and various civic groups to teach safety around dogs and responsible dog ownership. Presentations generally last about 30 minutes and can be tailored to different age groups, including kids as young as four to five years old.
